40+ Days Before Check-in: A 15% convenience fee will be applicable.
Discounted & Event Bookings: Non-refundable.
Peak Season Bookings: Non-refundable.
House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Prior permission is required for pets, as some villas may not be pet-friendly.
No Outsiders: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required, provided no damage occurs.
Swimming Pool Etiquette: Proper swimming attire is mandatory.
Noise Restrictions: Loud music and DJ parties are not permitted after 10 PM, as per Goa regulations.
Advance Booking: Full advance payment is required to secure the villa exclusively for you.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: ₹2000 per hour, subject to availability.
